Once your relocation request is accepted, a cancellation fee applies at all times and will be charged to your credit card when you cancel, or do not show up for your booking. For cancellations made more than 48hrs ahead of pickup, a cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. Late cancellations (within 48 hours of pick-up time) will be charged $50, and no-shows will be charged $100. Cancellations must be made by logging into "My Transfercar" and selecting "Cancel trip" under the booking. Please be aware that the rental operator might have a separate cancellation fee beyond Transfercar's policy.

| Additional comments from the rental operator | Vehicle is booked on the Spirit of Tasmania . Departing Sunday morning, 8TH DECEMBER. ( Boarding time 7am in Geelong ) for one person , general seating only . You are required to contact us within 24 hours to pay a $1000 bond . This bond will only be refunded after successfully delivering the vehicle to our deport near Hobart Airport. Payment of this Bond is only accepted by credit card. Liability reduction if applicable can be made over the counter at time of pickup. Dates and pickup times are unable be amended. Please have your credit card details and drivers licence ready on pickup. A $1000 cancellation fee applies at all times. No driving allowed at night time in rural areas .VEHICLE CAN NOT BE TAKEN OFFROAD. Toll Roads , Speeding fines and any other infringement are the responsibility of the hirer. Drivers under 25 must pay the underage surcharge - No fuel allowance included. Vehicle must be returned full of fuel. |
