Requirements
- The driver must be at least 18 years old
- A valid and full/unrestricted driving licence issued in Australia or New-Zealand, -or- a valid driving licence from your country
- Transfercar will not deduct any money off your credit or debit card for insurance purposes. All transactions will be made directly between the driver and the rental operator at time of pickup or via phone once the request is accepted. For all debit card transactions, the bond and/or insurance excess amount will be debited directly off the driver's debit card at time of pickup and refunded on safe and timely return of the vehicle.

- VANS ARE NOT TO GO THROUGH N.T, S.A, W.A, or TAS standard insurance applies and $2000 bond required (deposit and bond refundable on delivery of the vehicle at the correct depot and drop off time). $1.00 per day charge due to insurance purposes. you will be required to confirm by phone with the owner and a deposit of $100.00 paid to secure the booking within 2 hours of being accepted for the relocation. please note that your request is not a secured booking until your deposit is paid. $70.00 administration fee is charged to all relocations. this includes toll roads and cooking equipment. Cancellation policy
Once your relocation request is accepted, a cancellation fee applies at all times and will be charged to your credit card when you cancel, or do not show up for your booking. For cancellations made more than 48hrs ahead of pickup, a cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. Late cancellations (within 48 hours of pick-up time) will be charged $50, and no-shows will be charged $100. Cancellations must be made by logging into "My Transfercar" and selecting "Cancel trip" under the booking. Please be aware that the rental operator might have a separate cancellation fee beyond Transfercar's policy.
